Saatchi Gallery

In light of the current Saatchi-Nigella Lawson divorce trial and accusations going on, I figured I needed to visit the Saatchi Gallery to learn a bit more about what Charles Saatchi is all about. I was blown away to say the least at the extensive private collection. If you're looking for a gallery with well known names and traditional art, the Saatchi gallery is probably not up your alley. Most artists showing their work at the Saatchi gallery are just starting their careers, which is part of his mission, as well as exposing the public to as much contemporary art as possible. So if you're looking to learn about contemporary art & artists for an afternoon, I completely recommend a visit (it's free!) to the modern space, tucked away off Sloane Square.

Yes that's ham…

One of the creepier installations, but how lifelike is she!

Stanford.

Cambridge II.

If you're like me and cannot stand math, you'll particularly enjoy these.
